I am an Oregon based illustrator and concept artist currently working in the videogames industry
I grew up in Monte Vista, Colorado. I attended Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in Denver, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration. I have studied a variety of visual media including both digital and traditional methods for painting and sculpture.
I have a passion for all aspects of art and art making. However, my strong interests in biology, paleontology, and comparative anatomy have given me a great appreciation for paleoart, wildlife illustration and creature design. I try to learn as much as I can from nature in an effort to accurately represent life from the real world and infuse my own fictitious creatures with a greater sense of believability.
